The Guyana Football Federation Men’s National Futsal Team is preparing for the Caribbean Football Union’s (CFU) Qualifying Tournament scheduled for the end of January, 2016 in Havana, Cuba.
The Men’s National Futsal Team, Head Coach and Technical Director of the GFF, Claude Bolton states “It is a significant moment in our football development. The assembly of this National Team demonstrates our commitment to grow the game of futsal. This venture, regardless of results, can be the catalyst for the new Futsal Association to organize the game across the country and deliver it to a new breed of players.”
Bolton further states “It is a talented group that at first glance seems excited and anxious to see what the tournament will hold. They genuinely look eager to get to know each other on field.
